Key Responsibilities:
  • Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
  • Design, develop, and maintain the data models and create logical representations of data entities, defining their attributes, relationships, and dependencies.
  • Analyse and optimize the data model architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Organising and transforming information into comprehensible structures.
  • Using data to predict trends and perform statistical analysis of data.
  • Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
  • Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients.
  • Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, or business intelligence, with proven ability to extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts — including logical and physical data models, entity-relationship design, and data normalization.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data mining and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
