Key Responsibilities

- Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to turn business questions into actionable insights

- Pull, clean, and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting is accurate and trustworthy

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams track performance and make decisions

- Automate recurring data pulls and reporting processes to save time and reduce manual work

- Support ad hoc requests and dig into issues to help teams understand what’s driving results

- Continuously look for ways to improve data quality, reporting, and overall analytics processes

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

- 2+ years of experience working with data in a business environment

- Strong skills in Excel and SQL; experience with Python or similar is a plus

- Experience building dashboards or reports (Power BI preferred)

- Ability to take messy, real-world data and turn it into clear insights
