About Conservice:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our analytics team. This individual will play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights at scale, partnering with departments across the organization to support strategic decision-making.

You'll work directly with senior leadership - including the COO, SVPs, and VPs - to deliver high-impact insights. Your analysis will influence decision-making across multiple business functions and help improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large, complex data sets (tens of millions of rows) and deliver actionable insights across multiple business departments.
  • Perform complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics using SQL, R, and Python.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure robust data modeling and consistency.
  • Uphold standards for data integrity, analytics methodologies, and business insight communication.
