Overview:
The AI & Data Solutions Analyst supports the Technical Safety and Regulatory Compliance (TSRC) organization by executing AI and data-driven initiatives that enhance safety investigations, regulatory reporting, and operational decision-making. This role combines data ownership, analytics execution, and AI use case delivery, acting as a key contributor in translating business needs into scalable AI and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Use Case Delivery:
- Support identification, definition, and execution of AI use cases aligned with TSRC priorities
- Coordinate development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions
- Track adoption, usage, and business impact of AI initiatives
  • Data Ownership & Governance:

- Ensure TSRC data is defined, structured, and compliant with governance standards
- Validate data quality and readiness for analytics and AI
- Document data sources, flows, and business rules
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze safety and regulatory data to identify trends and insights
- Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI)
- Support data-driven decision-making across TSRC
  • Process Automation:

- Develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities
  • Project Support:

- Manage assigned workstreams and deliverables
- Track timelines, risks, and project milestones
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with TSRC, ICT, and business stakeholders
- Support training and adoption of tools
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics or AI-related roles
  • Experience with Power BI, Palantir, Power Apps, or Power Automate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI tools or platforms
  • Exposure to Python or SQL
  • Experience in regulatory or compliance environment
