Description:
***must have healthcare data experience, strong SQL experience, and good data analysis skills***
• Overall 10+ years of experience
• Lead requirements analysis and prepare functional, technical, and quality specifications for a SQL Server Data Repository project using Agile software development best practices
• Lead data and business rule analysis using in-depth knowledge of databases and healthcare data domains
• Knowledge of EDI healthcare transactions (278, 837, 835) to document and analyze file layouts and consumable database views
• Develop detailed functional design specifications and data mapping documentation for data ingestion and consumption
• Act as a liaison with and develop sound relationships between business clients and technology delivery teams
• Provide project thought leadership by collaborating with Solution Architects and Lead Developers to evaluate requirements and communicate design solutions
• Collaborate with RTEs, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to plan out features and user stories
• Ensure User Stories are defined with appropriate detail (requirement and acceptance criteria) prior to sprint execution
• Provide consultation to the Quality Strategy and serve as a SME to offshore resources during test execution.
