As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. You will analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover key insights, design and automate interactive dashboards, and drive strategic initiatives. Operating in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, you will partner closely with key business stakeholders to define metrics and deliver data-driven solutions that help shape decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers, interpreting results to provide clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Develop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to support key business initiatives Responsible for reporting and analysis of provider data to aid in provider account management, development of dashboards and creation of new reports as appropriate
  • Build, optimize, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to enhance self-service reporting
  • Automate reporting processes to improve data accessibility, consistency, and efficiency across the department
  • Validate, cleanse, and transform datasets to ensure data quality, integrity, and strict adherence to governance standards
  • Support data modeling, standardization, and master data management efforts
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions and decision-support cases
  • Communicate analytical findings and data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in data pipelines, reporting efficiency, and analytical methodologies
  • Contribute to best practices within the analytics team and support junior analysts through informal mentoring

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from large relational databases
  • 3+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • 3+ years of experience performing data manipulation, analysis, and utilizing advanced functions within Microsoft Excel
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  • Experience working within a healthcare or highly regulated environment (e.g., CMS guidelines, quality reporting, STARS rating support)
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis or basic machine learning techniques (e.g., Python, R, SAS)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
