Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Data Analyst in Warren, MI.
Responsibilities:
Develop subject matter expertise to use proprietary tools to analyze and annotate critical information about a test:
Oversee day-to-day test creation activities:
* Review test yaml files and outputs and compare with test plan requirements
* Review Python test codes and outputs for quality assurance
* Daily training/review calls with test creation team to share new requirements and provide feedback
Oversee daily pipeline activities:
* Oversee general data ingestion; Mitigate and escalate issues as they arise
* Create and maintain SQL queries and dashboards that surface important insights
* Identify and document edge cases to improve policies and improve engineering systems
Oversee training and continuous learning:
* Identify training opportunities for low performers and work with training team to abridge knowledge gaps
* Identify workflow gaps to surface to internal team
* Adapt to changes in instructions, process, and team design
* Consolidate technical support issues facing team
* Ad-hoc training support
Oversee, investigate, and report weekly KPIs for the entire team (throughput, quality, etc.):
* Update metric performance in trackers/dashboards on defined intervals and report to the key client stakeholders
* Monitor and analyze trends, outliers, improvement opportunities and create Preventive and Corrective Action Plans (CAPA)
* Perform ad hoc projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Basic Linux/command line skills
* Git familiarity
* YAML or other markup language experience
* Python working knowledge and experience
* Data analysis skills (Google Sheet/Excel, SQL/BigQuery knowledge a plus)
* Demonstrated ability to learn fast; Have a keen eye for inefficiencies
* Experience in managing process and product quality with ability to lead and drive the changes required to bring the desired results
* Experience auditing workflow to identify edge cases, gaps and improve policies
* Fluent in English speaking and writing; Great communication skills; Good at presentation and documentation
* Leadership skills (project management, workforce management, etc.)
* Strong execution skills; Detail oriented
* Willing to work in 24x7 environment
* Experience in the AV performance and testing space is preferred; Labeling experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
