Where would you fit in the team?
As a Data Analyst you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our customers by combining strong technical expertise with client engagement. You will help support and develop scalable data workflows, assist with analysis and process improvement and collaborate with senior team members
This is a client-facing, data-driven role that collaborates closely with Implementation, Customer Success, and internal analytics teams.
What will your job entail?
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers during the refresh process, serving as a trusted data and analytics partner.
  • Write, test, and implement business rules and data transformations through scalable and repeatable workflows.
  • Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, streamline repetitive tasks, and enhance technical documentation.
  • Explain technical issues clearly to customers and non-technical stakeholders while helping drive issues to resolution.
  • Support client project delivery through data integration, validation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, increasing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Partner cross-functionally across Data amp; Analytics, Implementation, Solutions, and Customer Success to solve challenges and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What experience and skills do you need to succeed?
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, with hands-on experience in SQL and data transformation tools
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong data validation and quality assurance capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to identify data anomalies and gaps and develop effective solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a customer-facing environment
  • AI literacy skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) as the primary working language.

The role reports to our Director of Data amp; Analytics based in Atlanta, Georgia and collaborates closely with teams based in Atlanta and Lyon. Atlanta is our preferred location, with a hybrid work arrangement at our U.S. headquarters.
