Job description

Interested in joining one of Canada's top performing asset managers? We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Solutions team. In this role, you'll help build integrated, reliable, and scalable data solutions that support business decision-making across the organization. Working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Greenhouse, and Dayforce, you'll collaborate with business and technology partners to analyze data, support system integrations, improve data quality, and contribute to impactful enterprise-wide data initiatives. If you're curious, analytical, and enjoy working at the intersection of business, data, and technology, this could be an exciting next step in your career. Our offices operate on a hybrid model with three days per week in-office to support team collaboration.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze and profile data across enterprise systems to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  • Support the design and development of scalable data models and data structures for reporting, analytics, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and application teams to define and validate data transformation rules.
  • Test and validate REST APIs, integrations, and data flows between business applications and data platforms.
  • Perform data quality, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Develop and execute test cases for data mappings, APIs, and end-to-end integration processes.
  • Document data models, mappings, integration requirements, and technical processes.
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities, including testing, defect resolution, and release validation.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve data usability, consistency, and operational efficiency across the organization.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business systems analysis, data integration, or a related technology role.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing relational data.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Dayforce, Greenhouse, or similar CRM, ATS, HRIS, or SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of relational data modelling concepts and data integration principles.
  • Experience working with and testing REST APIs, including JSON and API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Strong experience in data validation, reconciliation, and data quality analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to document requirements, data mappings, testing activities, and technical processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Python or another scripting language.
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, or modern data technologies.
  • Experience working with HR, recruiting, CRM, finance, or other enterprise business data.
  • Financial services or other regulated industry experience.
