Job description

Job Title: Revenue Manager
Department: Revenue Management
Reporting to: Executive Director of Revenue Management
Location: On-Site, Tannersville, PA
We are seeking an analytical, driven, and collaborative Revenue Manager to help maximize revenue across a complex resort. This role will support the development and execution of pricing, inventory, and revenue management strategies across multiple revenue streams, including lodging, ski operations, tubing, waterparks, mountain adventures, food & beverage, and other ancillary products to maximize total resort revenue.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in data analysis and capable of translating insights into actionable business decisions. This position offers significant exposure across the organization and provides excellent opportunities for professional growth, expanded responsibilities, and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of resort-wide revenue management strategies across all major revenue streams, including:
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Ski operations
  • Snow Tubing
  • Indoor and Outdoor Waterparks
  • Mountain adventures and attractions
  • Food & Beverage
  • Analyze historical performance, market trends, booking pace, customer behavior, and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Make recommendations regarding pricing, promotions, inventory management, product packaging, and other revenue-generating strategies to maximize overall resort profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of revenue strategies and business objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and business intelligence tools to support decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for activity and attraction point-of-sale systems, helping ensure data integrity and effective utilization of system capabilities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning initiatives through data-driven analysis.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes, streamline workflows, and enhance analytical capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify meaningful trends, and recommend business decisions based on quantitative insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and analytical reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred
  • Experience in hospitality, resorts, attractions, recreation, or revenue management.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with point-of-sale systems, reservation systems, or revenue management platforms.
