Title: Sr. Data Analyst (NYC) Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 base salary

Role Overview RealSelf is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst with the analytical acumen to elevate our data quality and empower our teams with intuitive reporting and insights. 

This role goes beyond reporting. Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Provider Sales, you will help modernize our data infrastructure, drive efficiencies, inform business decisions, challenge assumptions, and ensure our entire organization operates from a shared, reliable source of truth. 

You'll delve into our data to answer crucial questions about how consumers use RealSelf to discover and book aesthetic treatments, what really drives provider engagement and value, and how all our brand touchpoints influence consumer behavior and provider results.

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be expected to:
  • Partner closely with business teams to provide responsive data support 

  • Proactively surface strategic insights to drive sales conversations and positive business outcomes

  • Ensure dashboards for KPIs, forecasting, revenue analysis, trends, and customer results are accurate, reliable, and flexible

  • Create frameworks for experimentation, attribution and funnel analysis that allow our business to scale with customer-first intelligence and confidence

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or related field

  • 3+ years experience in a data analyst role

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders 

  • Ability to leverage AI-assisted solutions to accelerate and deepen analysis, without compromising quality

  • Deep experience with SQL, BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Steep), and dbt or similar governance tools

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, including experiment design, statistical analysis, and translating results into clear, actionable business recommendations

  • Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment 

  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable driving multiple priorities at once

  • NYC-based (Hybrid)
