Responsibilities
  • Support Army logistics enterprise systems through SAP functional support, data analysis, and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate enterprise data, business processes, system performance, and operational trends.
  • Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze information from multiple enterprise data sources to support executive decision making and program recommendations.
  • Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and analytical products supporting Army logistics initiatives.
  • Support SAP-enabled business processes by identifying data quality issues, analyzing system performance, and recommending process improvements.
  • Coordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to improve enterprise data management and operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Synthesize complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve data quality, business processes, and mission performance.
  • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision making.
  • Support enterprise data governance, reporting initiatives, system modernization, and integration activities, as required.
  • Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required.
  • Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Ten or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, SAP, enterprise resource planning systems, DoD, or other complex Government organizations.
  • Experience supporting SAP-enabled business processes, enterprise data analysis, system support, or business intelligence initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, validate, and synthesize information from multiple enterprise data sources into concise, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Available for occasional travel.
  • This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Ten plus of experience supporting Army logistics SAP, enterprise resource planning systems, or other DoD organizations.
  • Experience supporting headquarters-level enterprise systems, data management, business intelligence, or analytics initiatives.
  • Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, executive reporting, or data visualization products.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, enterprise reporting tools, business process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional working groups and stakeholder engagements.
  • Excellent research, writing, briefing, and staff coordination skills.

Target salary range: $100,375 - $140,604. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances, due to the nature of the work.
