About the Job:

The Decision Support Data Analyst Senior will lead the design, development, and delivery of actionable analytics that drive strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making across our health system. This role focuses on transforming complex clinical, financial, operational, and patient experience data into meaningful insights that improve patient outcomes, optimize revenue cycle performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support value-based care initiatives. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with deep healthcare domain knowledge who thrives in a collaborative environment while partnering with clinical, financial, and operational leaders.

What You'll Do:

  • Designs, develops, and maintains advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations for the EHS Center of Excellence, finance leadership, and clinical leadership
  • Creates data sources and integrates data from various sources including the Decision Support System, Excel, Epic electronic health record, and other systems
  • Ensures data integrity by reconciling all source system data to business intelligence system and troubleshooting any data issues
  • Manages all aspects of service line profitability, cost visibility, provider profitability, and payor profitability reporting and completes monthly or quarterly upgrades and presentations as required by senior leadership.
