As the Senior Data Analyst/Data Analyst, you will transform data into actionable insights by partnering with stakeholders to understand key business questions, analyze data, and communicate meaningful recommendations.With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless - from a rewarding career in Digital Technology to continued growth and development with Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Data Analyst/Data Analyst, Digital Technology, you will:

  • Partner and innovate with business leaders to deeply understand or identify the strategic opportunities across client acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation
  • Define measurement strategies to quantify the performance of various customer programs and compare their current condition against a hindsight benchmark
  • Support with generating actionable insights by analyzing customer behaviour through diagnostics, correlations, and hypothesis testing to grow the business and enhance customer experience
  • Clearly and accurately visualize and communicate data and analytics through reports, dashboards, and presentations to maximize strategic decisions

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Data Analyst/Data Analyst, Digital Technology, has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
    • SQL
    • Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent)
    • Python
    • R or related statistical analysis and tools
    • Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable business insights
  • A commitment to learn, apply,championand enrich Aritzia's ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
