As a Summer Analyst Intern, you will join four of our Strategies for our 10-week program. You will provide critical support throughout the investment process and be engaged in all aspects of the investment lifecycle including sourcing, underwriting and execution, monitoring and harvesting. Interns will participate in a week-long training program to teach them the skills needed to be a successful Summer Analyst, as well as ongoing trainings throughout the summer. This is a great opportunity to get a thorough introduction to middle-market private equity and our firm. 


Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Record of strong academic performance from a leading undergraduate institution with a graduation date of summer 2028
  • Working knowledge of accounting and finance concepts
  • Strong interest in private equity / venture capital
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the desire to always go one step further to find the answer
  • Team player who is always willing to step in when needed and be a part of our tight knit culture
  • Extremely detail oriented with the ability to produce error free work
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, ability to be proactive and responsive in high-stakes situations
