Job description

This Data Analyst will primarily support the program's initiatives by reviewing data submissions for accuracy, take direction on how to look up and validate data, follow up to correct deficient data, and move data from various sources into a consolidated format.
Job Responsibilities
Read requests and process what is requested
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data
Compare data with source documents, detect errors, follow up to rectify discrepancies
Maintain logs of activities and completed work
Assist in supporting other projects as assigned
Analyze data for accuracy and identify trends
Skills
Acute attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with computer applications, such as MS Word (using standardized templates and drafting without templates), Outlook (create and respond to email), ), Excel (projects that require input, validation and movement of data)
Ability to work independently and be a team player
