Summary
The Data Analyst supports warehouse operations by transforming operational data into actionable insights that improve productivity, quality, labor utilization, and customer service. This role partners closely with operations leadership to identify trends, develop reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making across a fast-paced distribution environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings to business leaders and develop scalable reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Monitor key operational metrics, including productivity, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and service performance
  • Partner with operations managers to support labor planning, staffing analysis, and capacity forecasting.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for frontline leadership and senior management.
  • Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies across multiple systems.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through statistical analysis and performance measurement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.
  • Experience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay Range:
$60,000-$69,000*
*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
