Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) Or Master's in Data Management, Information Science, or Business Analytics
  • Data Analyst with strong understanding of Data models, writing complex queries in PostgreSQL & Snowflake.
  • Data Analyst / Data Engineer role is to support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain.
  • Strong experience in understanding data models and relationships, writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake, analyzing data, and leveraging AI tools for insights.
  • SQL knowledge which includes having very good knowledge of Data reconciliation, proficiency in SQL queries - writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake.
