Job description

About the Team
The SevenRooms Data & Analytics team is the foundational data hub powering go-to-market, product, finance, and operational decisions across the In-Store business. We design and maintain the pipelines, models, and infrastructure that connect SevenRooms' systems with the broader DoorDash data ecosystem - and we're investing aggressively in making our datasets ready for both human and AI consumption. Within the team, our product-focused analytics work owns the funnels, personas, and feature-adoption insights that inform what products and features get built, how it's launched, and how it performs in the market.
About the Role
We're hiring a Data Analyst to be the data partner for our Product Management, Product Marketing, and executive teams at SevenRooms. You will own the building of data products, feature launch analytics, and the PLG instrumentation that connects product usage signals back into Salesforce, Gainsight, and our outbound motions.
You will report into the Manager, Data & Analytics on our Data & Analytics team in our SevenRooms organization.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
  • Own product analytics end-to-end - funnels, adoption, retention, and ROI for every major feature launch on the SevenRooms platform.
  • Build net new data products aimed at improving analytic and reporting capabilities
  • Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketers on pre-launch hypotheses , beta testing results, post-launch measurement, and ongoing optimization.
  • Design and ship PLG automations that translate product behavior into opportunity tagging, expansion signals, and CSM workflows.
  • Apply GenAI and ML techniques - partnering with our GTM Engineer - to product analytics use cases like web-sourced feature adoption opportunities, transactions predictive modeling, and Add-On ICP scoring.
  • Communicate closely in support of multiple PM's with reporting and ad-hoc analysis
We're excited about you because...
  • A degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar domain
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing product data and partnering with Product Management teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Expert SQL skills and proficiency with a cloud BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
  • Hands-on experience with product instrumentation and analytics platforms such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous product questions into rigorous, scoped analyses that ship recommendations - not just dashboards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to product and executive audiences.
