Responsibilities
  • Leverage data, statistics, and visualization to generate actionable insights that drive value across multiple business functions.
  • Utilize market-leading tools, data automation, and analytical methodologies to support reporting and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, optimize digital strategies, and provide clear recommendations for business growth.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reports and analysis.
Qualifications
  • 4‑year degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in industry with strong performance in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced SQL experience writing complex queries and accomplished in Python or R
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics tools such as: SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Power BI, Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics) and/or equivalent technologies
  • Knowledge of A/B Testing methods and time series forecasting models including statistical analysis
  • Builds detailed reports and dashboards using various tools, designs and implements data visualizations to communicate complex data clearly.
  • Prepare data models and analysis to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets for values and new opportunities.
  • Experience leveraging advanced analytics and AI‑driven approaches (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI‑enabled tools) to enhance decision‑making
  • Solid problem solving, analytical skills, data curiosity, data mining, data creation and consolidation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them.
