Job description

Your Contribution:
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and lead root cause analysis. Ensure all infrastructure and deployments meet HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure (currently in CGM hosted datacenter, potentially looking to move to Azure/AWS type environment in future). Manage configuration, secrets, and environment pipelining across dev, staging, and production environments
  • Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity processes
  • Manage/execute maintenance window tasks, for example partnering with IT team to coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of system patches

Your Qualification:
  • Minimum 3 years of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Subversion, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus preferred
  • Experience supporting SOC 2 or HITRUST audit processes a plus
