Partner with operational team to translate business requests into data driven results and recommendations
Develop complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple data sources
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data sets to understand drivers of performance
Perform validation of data results to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Produce actionable results that communicate where to focus efforts to drive impact to the business
Quals-
(Minimum qualifications):
3+ years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field preferred
Intermediate SQL knowledge familiar with aggregating, joins, timestamps, subqueries, data transformation
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present complex data findings in clear, concise manner using Microsoft product suite
Demonstrate initiative and self-direct work with ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be performing satisfactorily in present position
(Preferred qualifications):
Previous experience with analytics preferred
Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
Experience with project management of operational programs - observing the current processes, evaluating performance, and identifying areas for improvement
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or other relevant quantitative field
