Evoke is seeing a Data Analyst tostreamline data collection processes, validate submissions, ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses as well as develop tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate organizational data calls, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete submissions from stakeholders
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets, track performance metrics, and communicate insights effectively to leadership
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to design and implement optimized processes that align with organizational goals
  • Data call support (includes analysis and development of response for federal staff approval)
  • Provides input, documents requirements, and supports the design and delivery of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Lead process discovery and mapping sessions to document current workflows, and performance metrics

Education and Years of Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Advanced analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for process improvement
  • Data-driven problem solving
  • Strategic thinking
  • Experience using ServiceNow applications (ticketing, task tracking, other applications)
  • Experience using and tracking tasks with ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience with data call management
  • Experience with data analysis tools utilizing artificial intelligence
  • Experience writing/modifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Experience as a ServiceNow Editor user role

Security Clearance:

  • Applicants selected must be United States citizens, will be subject to a government security investigation, and must meet eligibility requirements for access to protected information
