Position Summary...What you'll do...Data Analyst II - eDiscovery Manager Are you ready to join a team that supports eDiscovery case work for the world’s largest retailer? The eDiscovery manager role is a part of the Global Governance Strategy & Operations team supporting Global Investigations (GI), Legal Investigations (LI), and other investigative bodies within the Walmart organization.  This role includes the execution of investigation case workflows, electronically stored information (ESI) policies, protocols, procedures, systems, and management of the eDiscovery lifecycle.     You’ll make an impact by:
  • You have practical and real-world experience with Relativity and productions to 3rd parties, such as the government.
  • An understanding of technical network specifications and ability to work with Information Security teams and discuss technical details.
  • You have a practical understanding of AI and best practices surrounding AI.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can confidently interact with senior leadership and stakeholders. 
  • You leverage data visualization tools to identify trends, risks, and business needs.
  • You can balance a substantial workload with advanced soft skills such as time management, organization, communication, adaptability, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, leadership, work ethic, and self-awareness.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if… 
  • You have experience with RelativityOne.
  • You hold Relativity-specific certifications.
  • You have 5+ years of Relativity experience.
  • You have experience executing advanced unstructured data analytics (for example, conceptual searches, categorization, machine learning algorithms).
  • You can develop efficient review workflows.
  • You have experience tracking and reporting on metrics to measure case performance, turnaround times, and outcomes.
  • You are comfortable building relationships, leveraging internal partnerships, and working collaboratively on a cross-functional team.  
  • You are process-minded and actively seek out opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • You have successfully championed transformative change, and you have a bias towards action and execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
