Location: Lisle, IL (Must be Onsite) 

Duration: 9 Months 

Description:
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish
  • Data entry, working with several different international systems, including SharePoint, spreadsheet management, and analysis.
  • This position will support International Motors Mexico, so the contractor must be proficient in Spanish, both spoken and written.

Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry and Spreadsheet Management Specialist.
  • This role involves accurately entering data, maintaining databases, and managing spreadsheets to ensure the integrity and accessibility of information.
 
Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources into databases, spreadsheets and SharePoint.
 
Spreadsheet Management: Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets to organize and analyze data.
 
Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
 
Reporting: Generate reports based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
