Your future role on our team

As a StrategicOrganizational Effectiveness Consultant, you'll help develop frameworks, toolsand assessment methodologies within the Leadership,Culture and Change consulting practice. Working closely with the SeniorAdvisor, Organizational Effectiveness and other BBA teams, you'll helpstrengthen internal capabilities, intellectual property and consultingapproaches.

As a trustedadvisor, you'll support clients in clarifying purpose and vision, enhancinginternal alignment, leveraging people, culture and organizational data, andtranslating insights into actionable strategies and culture transformationroadmaps. Through strategic thinking, systems insight, human-centeredconsulting and data analytics, you'll help drive organizational effectivenessand sustainable change.

With us, you'll get the opportunity to

  • Design and conduct system-level assessments of client organizations: structure, culture, leadership, stakeholder ecosystem
  • Collect and analyze quantitative data (engagement metrics, stakeholder surveys, HR analytics) and qualitative data (interviews, focus groups, ethnographic input) to identify patterns, root causes, risks and opportunities
  • Develop visualizations and insight narratives that reveal interdependencies and leverage points, producing integrated diagnostic reports
  • Co-facilitate leadership workshops and sense-making sessions to enable alignment, decision making and strategic priorities definition for leadership teams and departments
  • Manage group dynamics and team conversations, ensuring psychological safety and inclusiveness
  • Support workshop and session designs, using models, frameworks and processes grounded in adult learning and systems thinking
  • Advise on and facilitate leadership, team effectiveness and culture change or readiness initiatives, grounded in analytics from organizational values assessments, culture surveys and others
  • Translate culture strategy into a coherent roadmap: strategic objectives, capability development, culture alignment and performance metrics
  • Help design and support clients in implementing strategic and cultural change, using analytics to monitor progress, feedback loops and adaptation
  • Advise on how to embed continuous improvement, adaptive strategy refresh and human-systems resilience into the organizational operating model
  • Contribute to the firm's consulting methodology development: frameworks, tools, dashboards, KPIs, templates, visualization techniques and roadmaps
  • Assess and evaluate continuous improvement approaches and execution strategies to enhance program and project impact
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to proposals, white papers and internal capability-building while remaining abreast of emerging trends in organizational behaviour, systems thinking, culture readiness and change management best practices
