Business Analyst Summary: Translates stakeholder needs, acquisition processes, and mission requirements into clear, actionable backlog items, acceptance criteria, and implementation guidance that support modernization, testing, and delivery decisions.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Requirements Analyst supporting enterprise business systems.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition, contracting, procurement, financial, and business processes, including experience translating mission and functional requirements into system capabilities.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled business capabilities, workflow automation, decision support, and analytics use cases
  • Comp Tia Security+ certification
  • Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Army, DoD, acquisition, contracting, financial, or mission enterprise systems.
  • SAFe, Agile, Business Analysis, Product Owner/Product Manager, or ITIL certification preferred.
  • Experience with Appian, LC/NC platforms, Jira, and enterprise workflow systems.
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical use cases for requirements analysis and user support
