Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and structuring data from a variety of platforms, optimizing it for analysis, and delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making at the highest levels. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate data into clear, impactful dashboards, reports, and visualizations. This position blends strong analytical skills with technical expertise in data modeling, integration, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain database architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and accuracy.
  • Integrate new data sources (internal and external) into the BI ecosystem via API and other connections.
  • Clean, transform, and structure raw data into user-friendly formats suitable for dashboards and visual analysis.
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions for executive leadership and functional departments.
  • Own the data pipeline lifecycle from ingestion to insight, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
