QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum master's degree; leadership experience preferred
2. Valid teacher license with appropriate grade level  endorsement
3. Demonstrated evidence of improving student achievement in the classroom
4. Minimum three years middle grades teaching experience in any content area
5. Knowledge and use of rich array of instructional approaches, resources, and technologies
6. Demonstrated skill in analyzing and using data for instructional decision-making
7. Interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills to effectively facilitate coaching and staff development
8. Meets health and physical requirements
JOB GOAL
To provide school-level target, research-based support to students to ensure that an effective instructional model is implemented schoolwide in both Tier I instruction and Tier II and III services. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
l. Participates in data review and monitors instructional needs based on data analysis, to include implementation of the state and Iocal curriculum
2. Acts as an instructional leader capable of providing informed analysis and advice about curriculum and instruction based on research and the analysis of assessment data
3. Provides mentorng support, lesson modeling, feedback, and professional development for students and teachers.
4. Provides support to classroom teachers to make data actionable in the classroom and provides tiered support for students.
5. Organizes and implements staff development opportunities by proposing, planning, and conducting inservice activities based on teacher and school need 6. Provide supports to teachers to ensure accessible, on-grade level instruction taking place for students throughout the school day 
7. Engage parent/guardian to strengthen student learning outcomes
8. Other duties as assigned by the principal.
