Great Hill is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to support our federal customer.

Basic Qualifications: * Eight (8)+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial systems management * Five (5)+ years utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) to develop interactive dashboards and executive-level reports * Demonstrated experience developing and deploying automated tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, UiPath, or bots) to streamline manual financial reconciliation processes * Experience identifying financial trends, anomalies, and areas for process efficiency within large federal datasets * Proficiency in utilizing DoW data platforms to synthesize data for audit and leadership decision-making * Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration * Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical senior leadership Desired Skills: * Master's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information Technology * Experience integrating financial audit data with operational metrics to create unified quality dashboards for organizational risk * Certifications in data analytics or process automation (e.g., CAP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or UiPath Certified Professional) * Experience with GFEBS and other DoW financial systems listed in the PWS (e.g., DDRS) Salary at Seneca is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
