This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Analyst, Senior based in Netherlands.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a central role in delivering and optimizing global digital solutions within the Health, Safety & Environment and Risk Management domains. Operating in a highly collaborative and international environment, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for global clients. You will contribute to the implementation of scalable digital products, drive process automation, and ensure data-driven excellence across multiple projects. This role combines technical expertise, consulting exposure, and strong stakeholder interaction, offering the opportunity to work on impactful initiatives with real-world business value. You will engage closely with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring successful solution delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities
  • Manage and support the implementation of global digital products and solutions, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Analyze complex datasets and deliver high-quality insights through data storytelling, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and efficiency improvements using AI and advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and alignment with client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, and executive presentations using tools such as PowerPoint and BI platforms.
  • Configure and support product deployments, including delivering training sessions to internal teams and clients.
  • Work directly with customers to ensure best practices in product usage, implementation, and data interpretation.
  • Leverage AI tools and advanced technologies to enhance multilingual configuration, analysis, and delivery support.
  • Conduct unit testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of delivered solutions.
  • Contribute to agile squads, participate in ceremonies, and support continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in data-focused roles, ideally within consulting or technology environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in consulting organizations or client-facing project delivery roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies such as Databricks and MongoDB.
  • Advanced experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization platforms.
  • Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, and Jira for analysis, reporting, and project management.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and basic familiarity with machine learning concepts.
  • Ability to write and use AI prompts to support and optimize analytical and operational tasks.
  • Experience in unit testing, QA processes, and data validation activities.
  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and data storytelling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent professional English is required; additional European language skills are a plus.
