Sous la direction de Directrice investissement, financement et gestion d'actifs, la fonction première de l'analyste en investissement consiste à fournir un soutien à l'équipe du département d’investissement et dans l'analyse du portefeuille immobilier de l’entreprise. Le titulaire du poste met au point les modèles financiers, les présentations et tout autre document analytique et financier nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du département. Le titulaire du poste maintient aussi à jour les fichiers de suivi de performance des actifs détenus par l’entreprise.
VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS
- Élaborer, mettre à jour et/ou valider des modèles financiers pour les investissements, incluant projections financières, calculs de profitabilité et ratios financiers;
- Élaborer des présentations Powerpoint pour présenter les projets potentiels d’investissement à l’interne ou à des tiers;
- Mise à jour continue des fichiers de suivi de performance des actifs;
- Recherche d'informations sur le marché;
- Coordonner la cueillette d’informations et des chiffres auprès des autres départements et s’assurer de leurs exactitudes;
- Analyse de sensibilité de projets;
- Création de nouveaux rapports d’analyses pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise;
- Réaliser des rapports de performances des actifs détenus par l’entreprise;
- Révision des documents et rapports pour s’assurer de l’exactitude des données et informations;
- Assister aux réunions d’investissement et de partenariats;
- Préparer les modèles financiers et tout autre document nécessaire au financement des projets;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

- Expertise technique en modélisation et en analyse financière;
