Role Overview: As a Data & Automation Analyst at HumanTouch, you will help federal customers transform complex data into actionable decision intelligence. Working with the latest AI technology, you will have the independence to develop solutions that solve today’s most pressing problems.

In this role, you will collaborate with solution architects, developers, and product teams to design and deliver innovative, mission-critical solutions that drive real-world impact. From building intelligent dashboards and applications to developing API integrations and automated workflows, you will work across the full solution lifecycle while continuously expanding your technical expertise. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, working with emerging technologies, and seeing your solutions directly improve how organizations operate, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement transformation processes, and data pipelines that convert structured and unstructured data into actionable insights.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities, translating findings into visualizations.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, KPIs, alerts, and visualizations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Build and support REST API integrations and data exchanges between external enterprise systems, including data mapping, transformation, and synchronization.
  • Support solution development through scripting, application configuration, automation logic, and data transformation activities.
  • Validate, profile, cleanse, and reconcile data from multiple enterprise data sources while promoting data quality, governance, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot data, integration, and application issues, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Participate in Agile solution delivery activities, including planning, testing, demonstrations, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI-assisted workflows, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging technologies to enhance customer solutions and decision intelligence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
  • Two to five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to examine data, identify meaningful trends and patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, visualizations, and decision-support products using Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or a similar analytics platform.
  • Experience configuring low-code/no-code applications, workflows, forms, business rules, dashboards, or automations using platforms such as CORAS, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, and improving data, automation, application, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CORAS or another enterprise decision-management platform.
  • Experience supporting federal civilian or Department of Defense environments, including government data, reporting, automation, or decision-support solutions.
  • Experience creating, testing, and refining prompts, AI agents, or AI assistants using existing AI platforms and tools.
  • Working experience connecting applications to data sources using built-in connectors, APIs, web services, or similar integration methods.
  • Ability to write or modify basic scripts using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or a similar scripting language.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Relevant certifications or training in business intelligence, low-code/no-code platforms, data analytics, automation, or applied AI.

Benefits:
