Data Analyst - Bullhorn, Analytics & Automation

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Data Analyst who can turn recruiting, candidate, client, and operational data into meaningful insights—and help us find smarter ways to work.

This role will work extensively with Bullhorn and other reporting and analytics tools to develop dashboards, track KPIs, improve data quality, and automate reporting and business processes. We are looking for someone who is analytical and technically curious, with a strong interest in using automation and AI to improve how data is collected, analyzed, and used throughout the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from Bullhorn and other business systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and recurring reports.
  • Analyze recruiting, candidate, client, and operational performance.
  • Track metrics including candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, submissions, interviews, placements, client activity, productivity, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • Partner with leadership and business teams to determine the right KPIs and reporting needed to support decision-making.
  • Improve the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within Bullhorn and other systems.
  • Establish and maintain KPI definitions, reporting standards, business rules, and documentation.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
Automation & AI

A key part of this position is finding better ways to work.

You will:

  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports, data collection, analysis, and manual workflows.
  • Develop scalable reporting solutions that reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and repetitive processes.
  • Evaluate and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve reporting, analytics, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Explore ways to use automation and AI to turn business data into faster and more useful insights.
  • Support integrations and workflows that improve the movement of data between Bullhorn and other business systems.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong experience with Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience working with Bullhorn or a comparable ATS/CRM platform.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and business reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience improving or automating reporting and data processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-validation skills.
  • Ability to identify data inconsistencies and investigate root causes.
  • Ability to translate business questions into meaningful reports, metrics, and analytical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can be practically applied to business problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a consulting firm, professional services organization, recruiting organization, or other client-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Bullhorn reporting, analytics, administration, or data structures.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Experience working with APIs, system integrations, or automated workflows.
  • Experience using Python or other technologies for data analysis or automation.
  • Experience implementing or working with AI-enabled tools and workflows.
  • Knowledge of data integrations, ETL processes, data modeling, or data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards and performance reporting.

The successful Data Analyst will help Walker Healthforce:

  • Improve the accuracy and reliability of business data.
  • Provide leadership and teams with timely, meaningful visibility into key performance indicators.
  • Better understand recruiting, candidate, client, and operational performance.
  • Reduce manual reporting and repetitive processes through automation.
