Program Management Business Analyst – Oklahoma City

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Program Management Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful fronting partner implementation and performance through proactive data analysis, stakeholder communication, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, supporting data integrity, validation processes, and cross-functional coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Implementation Support:
    Communicate requirements during implementation phases; provide data schema, submission requirements, and timelines to external partners while ensuring internal stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Cross-Functional Issue Resolution:
    Collaborate with departments such as Accounting, Reinsurance, Compliance, and other Operations teams to resolve data integrity issues and maintain consistent, high-quality data.
  • Partner Portal Support:
    Assist partners in resolving submission issues, fostering effective communication and long-term collaboration to enhance program partner outcomes.
  • Data Risk Advisory:
    Proactively identify and advise on data integrity risks or analytics-related issues, assessing downstream impacts and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Development Collaboration:
    Participate in the planning, testing, and rollout of new features or systems.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Analyze data trends and generate clear, actionable reports for executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Deliver insights that support data-driven decisions.
  • Documentation Management:
    Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation in Confluence to support partner/process transparency, knowledge sharing, and audit-readiness.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Communicate issues and recommendations clearly and promptly to stakeholders to drive resolution and alignment.
  • Validation Management:
    Lead the lifecycle of data validation processes, including request initiation, timeline definition, criteria development, testing coordination, and deprecation planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a regulated or data-intensive environment
  • Deep understanding of how data quality impacts downstream processes, with the ability to analyze partner-submitted data and present clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with Confluence, Jira, or similar project/documentation management tools
  • Preferred experience with SQL or similar database languages for querying, analyzing, and validating structured data
  • Experience with Power Aps is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services
  • Familiarity with data validation and change management practices
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating structured data across relational databases.
  • Programming experience (e.g., Python, R, or similar) is a plus, especially for data analysis, automation, or workflow optimization.
