Job description

Work Flexibility: Remote

As a Pricing Analyst on Stryker's Customer Solutions team, you'll leverage data, analytics, and market insights to influence pricing and contracting strategies for some of our most important customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and account management teams while helping shape competitive pricing decisions that deliver value for both customers and the business.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze pricing, contract, and customer performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support profitable growth.
  • Project financial and commercial outcomes of pricing changes, customer proposals, contract renewals, promotions, and rebate programs.
  • Develop pricing and contracting models that evaluate scenarios, test business assumptions, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with account management and cross-functional stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that support customer negotiations.
  • Create customer-facing presentations and analytics that communicate pricing recommendations, contract performance, and value realization.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to benchmark pricing strategies and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor pricing compliance, profitability, discount structures, and contract performance through reporting and trend analysis.
  • Improve pricing tools, dashboards, databases, and analytic processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making speed.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, or business decision support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboard creation, or data visualization.
  • Experience cleansing, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to support business decisions.

  • US5: $67,600 - $99,100 USD Annual
  • US10: $70,800 - $103,800 USD Annual
  • US15: $74,100 - $108,600 USD Annual
  • US20: $77,300 - $113,300 USD Annual
  • US30: $83,700 - $122,700 USD Annual
