Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst in Sales Operations department to manage sales data analysis and distributor activities to drive sales performance. Focus on developing and maintaining sales operations databases, automating reporting. You will be the lead architect and manager of the Sales Operations Data Center. Your mission is to consolidate fragmented data from CRM and ERP systems into a unified, automated infrastructure that powers the global semiconductor sales strategy.

1. Cloud Data Infrastructure & Architecture

  • Build & Manage:ย Develop and maintain a centralizedย Cloud-Based Sales Ops Data Center, ensuring robust data structures to support all analytics and reporting needs.
  • Pipeline Automation:ย Architect and automateย data pipelinesย that integrate CRM (D365) and ERP (Oracle) systems with the central cloud database for real-time data flow.
  • Scalability:ย Collaborate with IT to optimize the performance and scalability of the sales data infrastructure.

2. Data Governance & Security

  • Standardization:ย Maintain accuracy and consistency of sales, billing, and lead data by standardizing information across all global platforms.
  • Security & Access:ย Manage cloud access controls, user roles, and data retention policies to ensure privacy and regulatory compliance.

3. Advanced Analytics & AI Innovation

  • AI Development:ย Build and deployย AI-driven solutionsย orย AI agentsย to automate routine data cleaning, summarize complex sales reports, or predict pipeline risks.
  • Automated Reporting:ย Use Python/R and VBA to create and send regular performance reports, focusing on backlog/billing and sales forecast accuracy.

4. Commercial Strategy & Collaboration

  • BI Development:ย Create and maintain executive-levelย Power BIย dashboards that track critical metrics like "Book-to-Bill" and pipeline velocity.
  • Global Liaison:ย Act as the primary English-speaking technical contact for Sales Operations, translating commercial needs into technical database solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAOโ€™s)

  • Knowledge:ย ย Comprehensive mastery ofย SQLย (Database Design/Management),ย Python/R,ย Power BI,ย Excel VBA, and the data schemas ofย Microsoft D365, Salesforceย andย Oracle.
  • Skills:ย Advancedย Excel VBAย programming, data modeling, and professionalย English communicationย (written and verbal).
  • Abilities:ย Ability to translate complex sales data into clear business narratives and automate repetitive reporting cycles.
  • Others:ย Detail-oriented mindset for billing accuracy and a drive for continuous improvement throughย AI integration.

Required Qualifications

Basic

  • Communication:ย Professional proficiency inย English; ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and document technical workflows clearly.
  • Core Tech Stack:ย Expert-levelย SQLย and advancedย Python or Rย for data manipulation and automation.
  • Systems:ย Hands-on experience withย different CRM and ERP systems. Such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O)ย andย Oracle ERPย systems.
  • Reporting:ย Proven experience inย Excel VBAย programming and building/managingย Power BIย dashboards.

Preferred

  • AI Agency Programming:ย Experience buildingย AI Agentsย (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGPT) to automate data auditing, summarization, or predictive sales forecasting.
  • Industry Expertise:ย Direct experience inย Semiconductor Sales Opsย (managing Backlog, Billing, Pipeline, and Forecast cycles).
  • Cloud Architecture:ย Experience setting up serverless functions or automated triggers within a cloud environment.
