We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated BI & Data Analyst to join our EMEA Data & Analytics team.

This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, contribute hands-on, and grow within a collaborative and supportive environment. The role combines structured analytics work with day-to-day operational support, ensuring strong exposure across the full data lifecycle.

As a BI & Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in extracting actionable insights from large datasets to drive informed business decisions, aiming to support the EMEA organization. Leveraging data and data visualization tools, you will contribute to the enhancement of business performance. The role involves collaborating with all members of the Data & Analytics team, supporting on operational and ad-hoc data requests as part of day-to-day business needs, interpreting complex data sets, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to support organizational goals.


1. Data Analysis & Business Support

a. Perform hands-on data analysis to support commercial and sales teams across EMEA
b. Investigate trends, identify issues, and help answer ad-hoc business questions
c. Support recurring reporting processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness

2. Reporting & Visualization

a. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Power BI)
b. Translate business needs into clear, user-friendly data visualizations
c. Help improve existing reports and standardize KPIs

3. Data Preparation & Modeling

a. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data
b. Support development and maintenance of data models, dataflows, and semantic models
c. Contribute to ELT processes, ensuring efficient data transformation and integration

4. Automation & Process Optimization

a. Manage and maintain existing Power Automate flows to support business processes
b. Design and implement new automated workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

5. Team Collaboration

a. Work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to deliver insights
b. Support ongoing projects and gradually take ownership of smaller initiatives
c. Learn from experienced team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

6. Continuous Learning & Improvement

a. Develop your technical and business skills with support from the team

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a related role. We are open to strong junior candidates with the right mindset.
  • Mandatory strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Microsoft Power BI Certification would be a strong plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas (e.g. INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS), pivot tables, and automation using Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros (VBA) to streamline data processing, reporting, and repetitive tasks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data analysis, with exposure to data modeling. Exposure to data modeling, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience managing semantic models, dataflows, and supporting ELT processes.
  • Experience working with Power Automate, including maintaining existing flows and building new workflows.
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., advanced formulas, data manipulation, analytical modeling).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
