About the Role
As a Quality Technician, you will support the execution of quality, food safety, and compliance activities at site level.
Working closely with Production, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will help ensure that products, processes, and documentation comply with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on quality control, inspections, audits preparation, documentation, deviation management, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of quality and food safety standards across site operations.
  • Perform routine quality inspections and verification activities.
  • Monitor compliance with procedures, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Assist with audit preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain quality documentation, records, and traceability systems.
  • Support investigations related to quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Assist in training and awareness activities related to quality and food safety.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Operations, Logistics, and other supporting functions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food safety principles, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in manufacturing, processing, or food production environments is an advantage.
  • Understanding of quality documentation and audit processes.
  • Fluent French and working English preferred.
