Stellenbeschreibung

Du bist für das operative Tagesgeschäft sowie für die Entwicklung deines Teams verantwortlich. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du die verschiedenen Betriebsabläufe sicher, von der Annahme der Lieferungen über die Buchung im ERP-System bis hin zur Einlagerung der Artikel im Lager. Du überwachst und kontrollierst die quantitativen und qualitativen Vorgaben und bist für deren Einhaltung verantwortlich. Das Aufarbeiten und Darstellen von Kennzahlen wendest du als Führungsinstrument an. Zusätzlich unterstützt du den Standort Verantwortlichen in verschiedenen Optimierungsprojekten und übernimmst den Lead von Teilprojekten. Gemeinsam stellt ihr die operative Leistungsfähigkeit des Betriebes sicher und erarbeitet neue Konzepte und zukünftige Strategien.

Qualifikationen

Für diese Aufgabe benötigst du zwingend die Ausbildung zum Logistikfachmann/-frau mit eidg. Fachausweis. Du führst dein Team aktiv und mit Freude und hast darin mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung. Du zeichnest dich durch faktenbasiertes, vernetztes Denken und Handeln aus und hast Freude an komplexen Aufgabenstellungen. Zudem bist du eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit hohen Sozialkompetenzen, die flexibel, lösungsorientiert und wirtschaftlich handelt. Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen mit ERP AS400 und WMS ASTRO und/oder eine allgemeine IT-Affinität.
