Job Summary

This position is for an assistant research scientist who leads major experimental efforts in the lab, including nonlinear nanomechanical resonator research associated with DARPA NIMBUS and DARPA H6, and are instrumental in developing the fabrication processes, high-velocity characterization methods, and nonlinear dynamics analysis needed for these programs.

Responsibilities*

The Assistant Research Scientist will significantly enhance the program by establishing key experimental capabilities, identifying nonlinear mechanisms governing resonator behavior under high-drive conditions, and advancing resonator performance toward program milestones.

Required Qualifications*
  • PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering
  • 1 or more years of relevant postdoctoral research experience
