We are always looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals to add to our winning team. At Fred Astaire DC Palisades, you'll be part of a warm and welcoming staff that will inspire you and your students to reach new heights, feel and look confident, and have fun doing it! Our teaching philosophy is simple and straightforward: learning how to dance should always be fun!
Our Teachers are responsible for leading dance classes for individual or groups of people. Their duties are closely related to teaching various dancing techniques. Our teachers give lessons primarily to adults by demonstrating dances on a one-on-one basis or before the class, in order to effectively teach students new moves.
Our business hours are 1:00 - 9:30 PM Tuesday through Fridays and 11:00 AM - :700 PM on Saturdays.
Full or part time. Generous guaranteed base salary plus commissions. Holidays, paid travel. Full-time compensation ranges from $30,000 - $80,000+ per year with benefits package.
Paid travel to national and international competitions and events.
**No previous dance experience required! We are looking for great people with great personalities!
