You may be a sales manager, fitness manager, hospitality leader, coach, trainer, teacher, or business professional who has successfully motivated others to achieve results.
You should have:
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong people-development and coaching skills
- Experience leading performance-driven teams
- Confidence in sales and customer relationship building
- High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset
Dance experience is a plus, but not required.
