Dance Coach

Talladega College Dance Coach position is seasonal. Specific timelines for performances are required. Below are specific functions and expectations that Dance Coach must outline for team participants:

  1. Participate in Talladega College Annual Homecoming Parade
  2. Dance at all home men and women basketball games
  3. Dance at all required functions as outlined during the academic semester
  4. Practice and participate in weekly training
  5. Maintain good academic standing of grade point average of 2.5 or above
  6. Exhibit good character, integrity and personal presentation at all times
  7. Must have prior experience of dance and committed to enhancing dance skills/performances

Job Description/Duties:

  • Responsible for creating and teaching dance routines to dance
  • Responsible for maintaining current dance training skills
  • Responsible for monitoring academic progress of members participating on dance team.
  • Must supervise all auditions for new team members
