Job description

Job Title: Traveling Brand Ambassador

Location: Hybrid (In-state Base + Out-of-state Travel)

Job Type: Variable (Part-time in-state / Full-time during travel)

The Role

Are you a high-energy sales professional who loves the open road and thrives on the adrenaline of live events? We are looking for a Traveling Brand Ambassador to join our team. This isn't a standard 9-to-5. You will spend your time alternating between managing local inventory and sales in-state and hitting the road for major out-of-state events.

This position requires a unique blend of "hustle" and "muscle." You’ll be responsible for everything from the heavy lifting of booth setup to the high-stakes execution of solo sales marathons.

Key Responsibilities

  • On the Road: Travel frequently to out-of-state events (conventions, trade shows, festivals) to represent the brand.

  • The "Solo Marathon": Operate independently during event days, maintaining high energy and sales performance for up to 16 hours straight.

  • Logistics & Setup: Manage the physical labor of unloading trailers, lifting heavy boxes, and assembling display racks and booths.

  • Sales Excellence: Engage customers, demonstrate products, and close sales to meet or exceed event targets.

  • In-State Support: During "off-weeks," work part-time locally to assist with inventory, local pop-ups, and event preparation.

  • Creative Problem Solving: Fix booth malfunctions, navigate logistics hiccups, and adapt sales tactics on the fly in unpredictable environments.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: You must have a track record of pushing sales and engaging customers.

  • Physical Strength: Ability to consistently lift and carry 60lbs+ and stand for extended periods.

  • Independence & Grit: Confidence to manage an entire booth alone and work long hours without direct supervision.

  • Team Collaboration: While you’ll often work solo, you must be a team player during large-scale setups and inventory prep.

  • Flexibility: Must be willing and able to travel out of state for multiple days/weeks at a time.

  • Resourcefulness: A "figure-it-out" mentality when faced with technical or logistical challenges.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate while not working events, daily bulk pay during events.

  • Travel expenses covered (lodging, transport, food).

  • A dynamic, fast-paced work environment where no two weeks look the same.

  • The opportunity to see the country while you work.

Note to Applicants: This position requires significant physical labor and the mental stamina for very long hours during event cycles. Please only apply if you meet the lifting requirements and are comfortable with an irregular travel schedule.
