Water Damage Restoration Technician

DPI Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This role involves responding to water damage emergencies, performing mitigation and cleanup services, and helping restore residential and commercial properties. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Location: Lincoln City, OR
Duration:ย Full time (Temp to hire.)
Starting Pay: $18.00/HR
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pmย 
Overtime opportunities available!

Responsibilities
  • Respondย to water damage and flood emergencies
  • Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
  • Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
  • Document job progress with photos and notes
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
  • Be available for on-call or emergency response when required
Qualification
  • Experience in water damage restoration or mitigation preferred
  • IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) not required but preferredย 
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving recordย 
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor
  • Comfortable working in emergency and fast-paced environments
