Improving The Health Of The People In The Communities We Serve

Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner

DALLAS, TEXAS

Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a full time opening for a Cardiovascular Acute Care/Adult Care Nurse Practitioner to join a team of leading diagnostic and interventional and non-interventional Cardiologists in Dallas, Texas. This is a great opportunity to work closely with board certified physicians who have a reputation for excellence in diagnosing and providing innovative treatments for cardiovascular diseases. 

Position Details:

  • Full time- 40 hours per week.
  • Assist with hospital rounding including ICU Rounding
  • Electronic Medical Records

  • Nuclear, Stress Tests, Echocardiogram all on site
  • Take pride in offering a multidimensional approach to cardiac and peripheral vascular therapies

Requirements Needed to Apply:

  • Active Texas license
  • Acute Care/Adult Care Board Certification and Experience
  • Degree in NP studies from an approved Nurse Practitioner program
  • 1-3 years of Cardiology experience required

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

 The Nurse Practitioner ("NP") Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and have a current RN license for the State of Texas.

 Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.

The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.

 The NP's duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only
