Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Nurse
Our privately owned Plastic Surgery practice in North Dallas is expanding and searching for a 3rd reliable & motivated Nurse or Medical Assistant to join our clinical team.
Our practice serves patients from the Dallasโ€“Fort Worth area as well as from across the country, offering highly personalized care in a thoughtfully designed clinical environment. We take pride in running an organized, efficient practice where patients feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit.
This role is best suited for a Nurse who takes initiative, enjoys a steady pace, and wants to be part of a patient-focused practice.

Schedule

Position Overview
As one of our Nurses/Medical Assistants, you will support both the surgical and aesthetic sides of the practice and be closely involved in day-to-day operations, including:
  • Assisting with plastic surgery consultations, pre-operative visits, and post-operative follow-ups
  • Assisting with medspa patients, injectables, aesthetic treatments, and in-office procedures
  • Rooming patients, obtaining medical histories and vital signs, and preparing treatment rooms
  • Answering phone calls, assisting with scheduling needs, and communicating with patients as appropriate
  • Charting accurately and efficiently in the EMR
  • Turning over rooms, restocking supplies, and helping maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
  • Pitching in where needed to help the day run smoothly as part of a collaborative team

Requirements
  • Nursing or Medical Assistant certification/license required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Recent experience in an aesthetic plastic surgery setting required
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor required
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with patients, providers, and team members in person and by phone
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance appropriate for a polished medical setting
  • Discretion and respect for patient privacy are essential
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working as part of a team
