This position begins as a contractor assignment with the opportunity to convert to permanent employment after approximately 90 days. Candidates hired permanently must join the onsite union.

You will monitor fats, total solids, allergens, and other critical processing measurements, perform CIP and manual equipment cleaning, and analyze process and equipment performance information to identify problems and improve production.

You'll also communicate with production teams, other departments, and management when issues could affect efficiency, food safety, or product quality.

All work must comply with applicable Federal and State requirements, company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food-safety requirements, safe-work practices, and 5S standards.

HireNow Checklist — Who We're Recruiting

The strongest candidate is not simply a general production or warehouse worker. We are specifically looking for someone with direct experience operating dairy processing or pasteurization equipment.

Before applying, candidates should be able to answer yes to the following:

I have at least 12 months of dairy processing/pasteurization equipment experience, or 6–12 months with a Pasteurizer's License.
I have experience with pallet jacks and forklifts.
I can safely lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on my feet throughout my shift.
I understand the importance of sanitation, GMPs, food safety, and accurate production documentation.
I can work either the assigned swing or grave shift and accommodate overtime when required.
I understand this is an onsite 90-day temp-to-perm opportunity and that permanent employees must join the onsite union.

HireNow Standout Candidates

Candidates will stand out if they bring a current Pasteurizer's License, strong dairy manufacturing experience, familiarity with CIP sanitation systems, and demonstrated experience troubleshooting processing equipment or analyzing production-performance data.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can explain what dairy equipment they have operated, what products/processes they supported, and how they maintained food safety and sanitation standards.

HireNow Disqualifiers

This opportunity will not be a match for candidates whose experience is limited to general warehouse, packaging, assembly, or production work without hands-on dairy processing or pasteurization equipment experience.

Candidates who cannot meet the assigned shift, overtime, physical requirements, or eventual union requirement should not apply.

HireNow Staffing Disclaimer

HireNow Staffing is acting as a contract-to-hire staffing partner for this opportunity. Candidate information will be handled professionally and shared as appropriate during the recruitment process. Job duties, schedules, and operational requirements may evolve based on business needs.

Please apply only if your background meets the core experience requirements, particularly the required dairy processing/pasteurization equipment experience.
