Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace is growing and we’re looking for a Full-Time Dairy Manager to lead our busy Dairy Department. If you’re passionate about high-quality products, hands-on leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is your opportunity to help shape our newest store’s success!

Key Responsibilities

Department Oversight:

  1. Monitor freezer and cooler conditions, ensuring proper temperatures, product placement, rotation, and cleanliness.
  2. Assess department operations and develop strategies for improvement.
  3. Review merchandise handling to boost productivity and maintain high-quality standards.

Customer Service:

  1. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
  2. Communicate service issues to staff and develop solutions to maintain department excellence.
  3. Ensure staff follow company procedures and uphold quality service standards.

Associate Training & Development:

  1. Train staff on job responsibilities, product knowledge, sanitation, and customer service.
  2. Teach department standards, policies, and seasonal sales processes.

Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
