- 18+ years of age.
- 2+ years' experience in the retail, food service, or hospitality industries.
- Must be able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively.
- Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual.
- Must have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards.
- Must be able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds (e.g., cases of milk, beer, soda).

- Supervising all aspects of store operations in the absence of General Manager.
- Ensuring "best in class" service is extended and delivered to all Twice Daily guests.
- Serving as a retail ambassador for the Twice Daily brand.
- Developing a passion for the Twice Daily offering and culture in self and others.
- Acting as a role model for all elements of the Twice Daily culture and core values.
- Training, developing, and leading team members to go above and beyond for each guest.
- Providing daily coaching to individual staff on their roles in delivering the Twice Daily store culture and values.
- Ensuring all "fresh all day" products are produced, merchandised, and maintained according to Twice Daily standards.
- Ensuring all required inventory levels, freshness, and product rotation standards are maintained.
- Maintaining all Twice Daily interior and exterior image standards.
- Performing basic math functions to collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Keeping the store clean and orderly, including bathrooms and fuel dispensers.
- Participating in stocking of items and marketing promotion efforts.
- Memorizing product locations throughout the store and guiding customers while providing suggestions as needed.
- Assisting General Manager in hiring activities.
- Participating in employer branding and recruitment marketing programs.
- Reporting to work on time, ready to work the scheduled shift.
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Prior experience in C-Store and/or food service environments.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite of products.
- Desire for a long-term career in retail services.
